  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong or incomplete item.
  • The product does not match the description.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Photos/videos may be required for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or discounted products.
  • Customized or special order products.
  • Used, opened, or damaged items after delivery.
  • Opened food or snack products.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order details and issue proof.
  3. Pickup will be arranged or return address will be shared.
  4. Refund or replacement will be initiated after product inspection.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Product exchanges are offered subject to availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
